In The Company Of Some Kind Of Devil Poem by Paula Glynn

In The Company Of Some Kind Of Devil

In the story of Fifty Shades Of Grey
So many lust stories follow
In blood, lust and inner fire
Do I endlessly and deliciously wallow
My husband my all consuming desire.

And so many passionate situations
Crop up in the classic adult film
It makes it all the more inviting
Inner lust souls to be fighting
Resisting unsuccessfully.

But I have my own love story:
A handsome man I met in my youth
A wise man creating truth
Even when that truth was painful
Even when it was like pulling out a broken tooth.

Life together made me love being
In the company of some kind of devil
That lustful devil my husband
Making me glad to be a grown woman
Making me love and long for the nighttime.

I won't go into details
But his sensual touch made me melt
Like Molten Lava in a volcano
His honest touch shocking and electric
A beautiful man I give my all to forever.
