Tonight it will be a full moon,
Your lips as sweet as honey,
For I am your destiny,
As you are mine,
Our paths have crossed,
And we shall forever be in love,
It doesn't matter to me,
That you're not perfect,
All that matters is we know each other,
And what others think doesn't matter,
Because I never tell a lie,
I just want your love and bravery,
Because you are important to me,
And this will always be the way,
Forever and always,
And this sounds sickly sweet,
But it isn't really,
It is deeply serious and I won't turn on you,
Or make life harder for you,
So I touch your naked shoulders,
In the dark of the night,
And in the light of the moon we are together,
I am no one-hit wonder, I am never gone,
I just go on and on forever in the light of the stars,
And I will travel for miles to get to where you are,
Nights and days go by and I don't cry,
For I know you are by my side,
No anger to be suffered or foolish pride,
We just reach for the moon,
Our hearts connected spiritually and physically,
I don't dismiss you or tell you what to do,
And I write deep, beautiful letters,
And in times of sickness, hope you get better,
Staying by you, through the good and the bad,
Love the greatest treasure to be had,
No treason or treachery on my side,
And I watch the rain outside,
Thinking of you when pain remains,
And prayinf for your safe return home,
And in this heart, you are not alone,
You are always beating in my heart,
And everyday I hear it beating,
Knowing we belong together,
And have a love so real, so deep,
Just writing these words means so much,
Because these words are coming from my heart,
And you'll never walk alone,
Together in precious moments in the light of the moon.
