In The Eyes
In the eyes

Eyes force to flutter
and utter
an eagerness
with the smile on the face
I see the beauty
and fall for it suddenly
thousands of thought cross mind
some joy definitely wind and rewind
but what is this happening?
she is saddening me
no visible gesture
stone face and displeasure
will she decline?
Idefied and inclined
to approach with a new move
and prove to be trusted ally
"no, I am not in for such proposals"
I know the mentality of people
"not at first sight" to go right
I was slightly taken aback
why so much of an arrogance?
I thought it once and brushed aside
settled foranother move and called on
this time, she showed an inclination

Nice poem. Thats what pretty ladies do. Play hard to get in the meantime she already knows colour of wedding gown and how many kids she wants. I guess the thrill is in the chase
