In Truth Poem by Donald R Wolff JR

In Truth

In truth I love you
In truth I hate you
If I still were in your life I would shake you
Only to break because I love you

Passion be told there was never another
Too many mirrors have reflections inside
In truth my heart would beat with excitement
Just to see you, the way I see, in my eyes

All the years were passing so quickly
Like only time could never be mine
In the dawn I woke in your arms
The love when I held you at night

I can remember however I don't want too
In truth; In my mind you're still mine
There will always be moments I'll curse you
In truth to my heart- I still lie
