When I tried to hold you
But you slipped through my fingers
I knew it was life where you lose
Whatever you want to capture
I knew I cannot have my way
When I couldn't make you believe
That love was all I had to give
But why would love be everything
In a world where love is the most talked about
Thing and it's found in words only.
