Incentive Poem by Jolanta Gradowicz

Incentive

Rating: 5.0

Come in! Your eyes can’t conceal the joy,
They smile waiting for an invitation.
Don’t stand at the door. Don’t be so coy
And get rid of the needless tension…

I’ll put your cold hands against my heart
To let them feel the pulsating glow.
I’ll warm your heart before you depart,
You won’t be lonely, depressed and low…

So don’t waste your time and draw near,
I’m waiting for you impatiently.
But… to be frank and make things clear,
I’m also fearful terribly…
