Inclusive Pronouns Poem by Ima Ryma

Inclusive Pronouns

Two ladybugs decided to
Go down to the pond to picnic.
Close to the area they flew.
Looking down they made a quick pick,
And then with goodie basket walked
To the nice spot they had picked out.
Along the way both of them talked,
Affection 'twixt and 'tween no doubt,
Chatting of fun they planned to share.
Each of them thought there was good chance
That maybe love was in the air,
Better more romance and less ants.

One ladybug of course a she,
The other ladybug a he.
