Independent Decisions Made Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Independent Decisions Made

Being lost and paying the cost,
To assume.
Leaves that kind of mentality,
Eventually abandoned with false beliefs.
Becoming each day even more limited.
By artificial intelligence.
And the increasing effects,
Technology affects their lives.

Artificial intelligence,
Is incapable to detect assumptions.
Or recognize indecision.
Done coming from a mind unused to prove,
The process of thinking one doesn't do.
Or what it means to make,
Independent decisions made.
If not to have been programmed,
To do this to evaluate the difference...
Between what is deluded.
And what one should not accept to believe.
