assuming so employment is based on nondegree and some based on degree
do a calculation
based on the # of businesses
and based on the # of high school and college grads

10,000 high school and college grads/ 200 businesses = how many grads?

within the 200 businesses there are an average of 10 positions per company left of employment for year 2019
so in theorem or theory
how many grads are left with no employment?
okay so let us give an Offshore or Staffing Agency solution
where those remainder grads get employed into other predominant societies by phenotype and dna
