Infidelity Poem by Daniel Bernard Kelleher

Infidelity

As I rounded the corner
Our bedroom lights were on
My partner was not alone
I was not expected home
Silently I let myself in
And quietly crept upstairs
Not to sure what to find
Unable to keep an open mind
Voices from the bedroom
My temper began to boil
I barged into our room
Scared them half to death
I feel so broken hearted
Betrayed by the one I loved
Trust in love is gone for good
Alone ill stay forever more
