Interpreting A Koan - Ii

INTERPRETING A KOAN- II

' We stand in our own shadow and think
it is dark! '
Let us remove the cobwebs of the mind,
To see the divine light!
Let us feel the fleeting moments sponta-
neously and instantaneously,
And not through the colored experience of
our thoughts and feelings!
Let us conquer suffering by detaching our-
selves from the impermanent ' I '!
For through meditation, comes that lightning
flash of intution,
Which leads to final revelation, -
For our ultimate salvation!
