(((...Into Gods Favor?))) Poem by Theodora (Theo) Onken

(((...Into Gods Favor?)))

Rating: 4.9

Once on the verge of deepest black...
The very early morn 'tis nigh-
Yet hidden in the darkness deep...
Are all of their nefarious lies;

Cabals of the most decadent form...
Are spurned by the winds of change...
Lace slippers of the One In Charge...
Now lie in their shadows most strange;

Their footprints oft' belie...
The stealth of vagrants creep...
Warning to the innocents...! ! !
Once made victims while asleep;

For the Spirit of Our Loving God-
Shines a light most brillant bright-
And brings to view-all that 'tis new...! ! !
Into our now clear made sight;

For He gave us our ears to hear...! !
And our eyes to clearly see...! ! !
To protect us all from Villains Small...! ! !
Who conspire to taint and take most egregiously;
