David Blake

Island Love

Erotic phrase so strange,
in a tongue unknown to me.
Her smile a vision of every
possibility.

The rhythm of the night, kisses,
shadows dancing lost in time.
The tropical breeze and passion
dripping like a gentle rain

Faint the aroma alluring. In gardens
of paradise, cursing, intoxicated with
exotic lust, calling out to the sea the
beginning of love.
