It has been a while
Since we talked
Since we exchanged smiles
And through countryside walked
It has been a while
Since a star fell
Through the emptiness of
The night sky wishing us well
It has been a while
Since we did not weep
The pain of parting gripped our
Hearts as cut of love was too deep
