It Is Difficult To Feel Anything
I'm sorry,
I left my script at home.
Was I offering heartfelt empathy,
From this location yesterday?
Or had I been blocked,
To deliver that somewhere else?
And...
Does that come before or after,
I've made eye contact?
Or should I make it at all?
With these additional new lines,
It is difficult to feel anything.
At any given time.
