It Is No Use Crying Over Spilt Milk (Revised) .

Rating: 3.0

- Oh! I’m in trouble!
__________________- Is it terrible?
- I’ve broken Mummy’s vase on the table.
- It’s no use crying over spilt milk.
- Do you see me crying in here, Jill?
- No, but…
__________- Well, I’ve spilt it. Is it your kilt?
- The vase.
__________- It was empty when I broke it.
I spilt nothing.
______________- It’s the same.
___________________________- ‘To spill’ is ‘to break’, clever!
- It’s only a proverb. Have you heard it?
_________________________________- Never!
Stop talking about proverbs
When I have such terrible problems!
- It can help you.
_______________- Nonsense can’t help at all!
- Wails either. Just put the vase at the wall.
- But Mummy shall see it soon.
___________________________- If you buy…
- You know it costs a lot. Oh my!
No doubt, all my pocket money!
- Have you forgotten about Mummy?
- I can’t forget about my money!
- What’s done can’t be undone.
___________________________- It’s not funny.
- But it’s another proverb, and I’m afraid
Mummy won’t smile if you joke this way.
- I’ll save my money if I buy a pink.
With it this vase will look better, I think.
- And I think you’re very greedy!
- You can’t agree I’m clever. Yippee! ! !
