It Is Summer Now. Poem by Shante Lamping

It Is Summer Now.

Rating: 5.0

Snow please fall again
Sprinkle me freely
Once again I am frosted,
But warm with desire
Warm hands approach the window.

My walls are here but not sealed
I often peek through to reveal
My inner child and electricity,
You feel the effortlessness
You are effortless.

Frosty anytime
Just so you will warm me
Console me and hold me,
Caress my spirit
Wish me well.

Grow a bit closer in the morning
While some chilling light
Splinters the room,
To show your vibrancy
To reassure your intents.

How grateful to be
So frosted and free
As I grow more comfortable,
Of you being this deep inside
Without even touching me.

Come back, Oh,

Winter Frost
