It must be love

The earth has been going round the sun
For millions of years faithfully going round and round
I doubt it's doing it for fun

The moon as if oblivious of this attraction
For years and years has gone round the earth
Even sometimes standing between the earth and the sun

Here in the world we live in
We get the benefit of daylight to work
And night time sometimes in the company of the moon.
Deriving immense benefit from this union of the cosmos.

The sun loves the earth so much
The moon between them bringing out even more affection
Stars coming out to celebrate their love everyday of every year.

There can only be one power tying the earth to sun
The moon to the earth
And i, celebrating their devotion to each other with poem after poem
It must be love.
