It's Just Not The Same - Poem by Leslie Alexis
I want a hug from a heart
That holds me close, like I'm sought:
A hug from a hand that I can say
Belongs to me, on this and every day.
Friends hug me yes, but I want what is best.
The hug of my love, where her heart beat
is like that of mine; there is a treat
In her touch, which brings satisfaction to me.
I want a hug from the one who loves me!
