It's Own Self Does Explain Poem by Francis Duggan

It's Own Self Does Explain

Live and let live as the wise one does say
And perform at least one good deed if you can every day
Those who help people of helping in need
For their future good Karma are planting the seed
A fair go for some is not a fair go for all
And any act of kindness is never too small
What goes around comes around seems true to say
Karma does work in a mysterious way
Though you are one of the wealthy and materially successful in your town today
On how you treat other people far more of you does say
Than money or material gain can ever do
The kind and compassionate one though not as wealthy as a person greater than you
Live and let live as a truism remain
The meaning in this it's own self does explain.

We should always live as the wise persons and we should allow others to live too. An excellent and thoughtful poem is well penned.10
