It was an unpleasant afternoon,
An insane beggar was shouting angrily beside the busy road,
Nobody listened to him,
Everybody considered his shouting dull and meaningless,
I too thought so at first,
But suddenly I heard some meaningful words from him,
I clearly understood
Those words were very relevant at that time,
Thereafter I listened to him
With rapt attention.
There is a saying in Greece: From a child or from someone mad you'll hear the truth. Great poem!
This poem has not been translated into any other language yet.
I would like to translate this poem
From the mouth of babes and madmen.... Good philosophical point, listen to learn even from the downtrodden.
