Morning bands are the best, listening to music and rhythms,
waking up a poetical brain, giving it a continuous jolt of
energy in order to complete the day.

Rocking into an early afternoon, having fun, keeping time
in many measures of rhythms while writing poetry, a life-
long tradition with a being interiorly.

Watching surroundings and people, all of it keeping time
with music, bringing laughter to the surface while watch-
ing antics of children, their energy is total and their
beings free to do dances they make up.
