Joy For Ever And Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Joy for ever

She spoke gently
With words not readily
But it rang no surprise
It was moon's rise

"I am Joy" she introduces
Oh sure, name sounds good and influences
Such pleasure with having good name
Anyone can claim and link with it

But fortunately, my name too stood for same
"Hasmukh"* literally meant "smiling face"
So joy with smiling face suited at present
So it tuned to the time for the moment

So I decided to put poem with humor
There was little fun with seriousness no more
It was exchange of self feeling
But was she willing?

No one opens freely at first meeting
Even words take place for greetings
One wonders how far it goes.
In which direction wind blows

It is too early to say
And stay
With dreamy situation
This is called wonderful situation
