June 22nd Poem by Dee Corpolongo

Today just happens to be
a very special day for me
as today is both of my kids
BIRTHDAY.....

though they no longer are
my loving little ones,
when it comes to both
all daughters and sons
they make me feel so good inside
and my heart just fills with pride.

But since they are both parents now
I really do think I should take a bow
cause I raised them right you see
to be the best that they could be.

All the love that's been passed on
to their own little prides of joy
makes me proud of what I've done
with my beautiful girl and boy.

They always were my everything
All the memories they surely tend to bring
were made of love and laughter shared
Never feelings that nobody cared

All the good times were made of fun
lots of loving for each and everyone
This is what a good childhood should be
This was for both Danielle and Anthony

With Gods help and guidance along the way
I always thank Him whenever I pray
I love my kids wholeheartedly...
I did my job pretty perfectly!
