what makes the month of June so special
auspicious enough to hold bridal weddings
approximately 10.8% of marrying couples
opted for this popular and traditional nuptial month
in honor of the Roman goddess of love and marriage
blessed with prosperity and happiness forever

that's what the world might think these days
but I now know what's the whole truth about
there's a loving Supreme Being out there
willing to love and bless you forever if you may
believe in him only and in his eternal word
joy, peace and abundance are just part of his blessings

what more can I say in this little space
the truth I found when I first believe
Jesus the son of God came to this world
to die and save sinners who confess in his name
there is no salvation in any one's name
nor the goddess of June can save and bless
