Just As Is Poem by Dónall Dempsey

Just As Is

Rating: 5.0

Your dreams
come out to greet me

lure me
ever onward

through the distance
of this night

(& the cruell glinting cold)

Your dreams
escort me to
your sleeping form

still as silence
upon the snowdrift

of a pillow

where you dream
I awaken you with a kis

& it happens

...just as is.
