Just live in the moment
is one of those catchy cliches
people tend to latch onto
hoping they've found a key to happiness
only to discover in time
that each moment is tainted
by the past
and actions must be tempered
by the future
and how to survive it.
Each moment is tainted by the past And actions must be tempered by future Beautiful poem

Raymond, what I think that philosophy of life (far far more than just a cliché) is espousing is to make every moment count. And not waste your life by regretting the past nor worrying about the future! To that end, you've. inspired me to write Living In The Moment.
Kindly do not put words in my mouth. It is wise to make every moment count which is not the same as just live in the moment, the word just makes it a whole different matter and the meaning is much different. Just restricts the matter to the moment only, and my point is it is not possible to do that in reality. Making every moment count is totally different.
