Just Missing You Poem by John A. Hancock

Just Missing You

Even though I hath known you
Just a little while
I miss your pretty face and
Your shinning smile
Your dark brown eyes
Rosey red lips
The sweet smell of your
Perfume as we kiss
I miss your sense of humour
So short and sweet
I wait in anticipation until
We again can meet
And when that time comes
And were holding each other
Forgetting our problems
To please one another
I sit back and hope
This moment will never end
For us to slip into eternity
Never to been seen again
But alas now you have to go
To soon already I feel all alone
But I don't worry I just wave goodbye and smile
For I know you'll be back in my arms in just a little while
