Fixed on your gaze, I am tied
To a string.
Following you wherever you go.
Fixed on your gaze high or low,
You pick me up whenever I am down.
Although sometimes far, I still see you.
Tied to a string, we'll never part.
Caught in a daze time stands still.
Nowadays my favorite getaway,
Being fixed on your gaze.
No matter how far or close, you reel
Me in.
I'll be there, longways, short ways, sideways
I am fixed on your gaze.
High or low,

You've strung me up & I fly like a kite.
No matter how long the flight,
When I am with you,
Everything feels just right
