Urgent Stare Poem by Kewayne Wadley

Urgent Stare

Rating: 5.0

If I could walk across the sky, i'd spell your name across the stars,
As every thought is a thought of you,
The stratosphere would remind me of your touch,
A simple caress that speaks louder than words,
As here words are not needed, no bearence of time,
As a single moment can't account for the ion's the planets have silently loved each other,
Without sound, without a simple caress,
The asteroids clash, reminding me of the spark I see each time I look into your eyes,
Although physical, its touch its known past its rocky exterior,
Love is made,
Giving birth to definition of deep need, a sense of urgency,
This is what I see each time I seep deeper into the horizon of your smile,
The stratosphere of your touch,
A need that no longer speaks silently,
Becoming vocal, underneath an exterior that longs for nothing but the you that you keep hidden to yourself
