Keys Poem by David Darbyshire

Keys

Rating: 5.0

Keys on a chain
leading to my brain
keys on a ring
don't mean anything

Key to my heart
is hanging on a thread
key in my pocket
opens the back shed

the key to everything
is dangling from a string
the key to me
is locked inside the car

A key can open any lock
same key you can hide under a rock
no need for a key,
to come and see me
my door is always open

Dave...I really like this one. Lots of different kinds of keys in your life. Very creative! Hugs, Dee
