Khalil Gbran: My House Says To Me In Hindi/Urdu Translation Poem by Ravi Kopra

Khalil Gbran: My House Says To Me In Hindi/Urdu Translation

mera ghar muje kehta hai:
muje choD kar na jaana
tumhara bhoot kaal yahaN basa hai

Aur saDak muje kehti hai:
aao, mere peechay chalo
main tumain bvish main le jaaooN gi

Main dono ko kehta hoon:
mera koi bhoot kaal
bvish kaal nahin hai

agar yahan rahooN main
to rehnay main
mera chalna ho ga

aur agar main jaaooN
to jaanay main
mera rehna ho ga

sirf pyaar aur maut main hi
sub cheezain badalti hain

***

My house says to me, "Do not leave me, for here dwells your past."
And the road says to me, "Come and follow me, for I am your future."
And I say to both my house and the road, "I have no past, nor have I a future. If I stay here, there is a going in my staying; and if I go there is a staying in my going. Only love and death will change all things."
