Killing A Stranger Poem by Dennis Walker

Killing A Stranger

O woman o woman what have you done
Standing over me with a smoking gun
You shot me down without even a tear
As you emptied the gun you could taste my fear
There I lay cut down on the floor
Feeling my life ebb my blood flow
The last thing I hear as you look at your gun
You utter” wow that was fun”! ! ! ! !

I'd like to think that the woman in your poem killed the stranger with words and not with literal bullets. Either way, people nowadays could actually kill for nothing. You write very well.
