Superb hunter on snow and ice
Roaming frozen seas
Polar bear prowls its domain.

Hibernating hidden under snow
Sleeping through winter
Mother bears giving birth.

Emerging with cubs
Showing them how to survive
Wandering harshest terrain on earth.

Hunting over freezing landscape
Seeking prey, mostly seals
Sleeping beside ice holes.

Humanity greatest enemy
With unbridled global warming
Melting kingdom of the polar bear.
