Lament About Race Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Lament About Race

We can smell
And tell
About prevailing truth
That is falling in our path

We may fail
And trail
In following faith
With each breath

But peace smells fragrance
And it has special appearance
The flowers are up with different colors
And that allow us to speak with honor

I was lured by cheat
But failed to meet
My expectation
In relation

So I disowned
And thrown
Back to his place
To speak and lament about race
