I am not crying
I just can not breathe.
If I could I would tell you.

I am not quiet,
I just can not talk.
If I could I would explain.

I am not abrasive or rude,
I just have to clear throat.
If I could I would use my hands to heal.

Thank you all for your comments, I honestly felt this would be another one of the poems I am constantly altering. But I read again after 3 months and I realize how perfect the feeling spilled. I am happy :)
