Laughing On Your Birth Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Laughing On Your Birth

Rating: 5.0

L-aughing on your birth
I-s keeping the scowl away;
Z-ealously leave the anger,
A-ugust eighth sunny day.

L-aughing on your birth
A-llows the heart to beat;
R-efraining from frown,
G-rin gives wellness treat.
A-llow your lips to smile
D-uring joyful jubilation;
O-ne laughter lights the hour, bringing brightness to the occasion.

P-ure and perfect pleasure
O-f enjoyment makes rapture;
L-aughing on your birth
I-s erasing lots of pressure.
T-ime to wait for loved ones,
I-nviting them to share the mirth,
C-urious companions and colleagues
C-ome laughing
O-n your birth.
