Beautiful verses the lady rehearses
perfection in all that she writes
words from the heart freely given
to the book which will reach the heights.

Her story is finally written
telling of a lifetime of love...
in heaven one day she'll be living
in the stadium of light up above.

And homage we pay to our poet
as we enjoy her poems and prose;
how thankful are we and we show it
forever she'll be our Laureate Rose.
