Lead Later Life Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Lead Later Life

Lead later life

Think of sixteen
And lovely teen
At the age of sixty
Take it as grace of an almighty

Not only your soul
But you also played no foul
Kept mercy at heart
As only weapon of an art

Hardly few are seen with true spirit
Who keep away from such ill spirit
Earn not more but reasonable
So as not to struggle alter on

Worry kills man before time
But occupation sees no time
Either with social service
Or with business promises

"Service to the nation" many claim it as tall
But surely it is impressive wall
It gives zeal to work relentlessly
And lead later life successively
