In the realm of creatures small and unknown,
lurk legends of parasites, their tales not yet shown.
from hidden realms they navigate and creep,
feasting on hosts, as silent as night's sleep.
First, let us delve into the tale of ticks,
tiny pests that cling and pierce with their pricks.
Legends whisper of their ability to spread,
diseases and fevers, leaving victims to dread.
Next, we uncover the tales of the fleas,
jumping and biting with such agile ease.
Through the ages, they plagued both man and beast,
their itchy nuisance turning joy to a feast.
And here come the lice, those pests of the hair,
whispered to be tormentors beyond compare.
They crawl and they itch, causing endless strife,
a formidable foe that invades one's life.
But amidst these legends, one parasite stands tall,
a mythical creature feared, by one and all.
The tape worm, they say, is a horrifying sight,
Inhabiting intestines, causing endless plight.
Legends of parasites, both monstrous and vile,
reveal a world where they silently beguile.
From tiny ticks to microscopic fleas,
these creatures, unseen, bring discomfort with ease.
Very beautifully written about the worms. Though small they can cause much damage. Nicely inked. Great share.
