Let It Out.

My head is a mess,
Confusing emotions swirling.
Grief over people long lost
In the clouds.
Pain, an ache
In my chest.
Sadness,
Tears falling down my cheeks.
Anger,
Rage feeling my mind
How do I cope with this?
Grab a pen & a paper
Write it all down,
So you can let it all out.
