Let Me Be Poem by April Humason

Let Me Be

Rating: 5.0

In whispered tones, let me be the cherry,
To your tender lips, where dreams are merry.
Blushing hues, like petals so serene,
A timid heart, in your presence, I've seen.

With fluttering heart, let me be the pleasure,
In your warm embrace, a hidden treasure.
Softly, I'd tremble in your strong embrace,
In every touch, I find my safe place.

As a gentle stream, let me be the flow,
Caressing your soul, so tender and slow.
In the shelter of your love, I'll find my rest,
Where shy desires can bloom and be blessed.

In the secret park of our love's sweet theme,
With every touch, our souls will gleam.
A canvas painted with emotions true,
I'll be the colors to complete you.

With timid steps, let me be your mate,
A shy companion, to share every fate.
In quiet moments, our hearts will gleam,
A love story unfolding, like a cherished dream.

A moonlit night, let me be your beam,
Guiding you softly, in this romantic dream.
In the shelter of your gaze, so warm,
I'll be your day, your light, your calm.

As dawn breaks, let me be your sweet delight,
Awakening your heart, like morning light.
For in this shy woman's heart, it's true,
I want to be yours, as you are mine too.
