Let's Just Say Poem by Gary James Smith

Let's Just Say

Rating: 5.0

Let's Just Say

Let's just say that you are God
What's your track record on Creation
What's the latest thing that you've made
Outside of using your imagination
How high can you raise yourself
Or can you even do it?
If you say that you ever had
I'd ask you then to prove it

How long can you hold your breath
Before you have breathe
Are there any things that I might have missed
That you may have up your sleeve
The last dead person that you raised
Names and addresses please
Even if you could throw in a phone number
Would make my research an ease

Whose sins have you ever forgiven
That they might know it's you
And by what Spirit can you ever
Live inside of those you do
I think the list can be exhausting
Yes! We're only mortal men
Try to convince me you are God? ? ? ! ! !
My friend...please think again!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
