It’s often hard for us
To let go of our old ways
Of who we really are
Of what brings you pleasures
Or in dealing hardships in life
No matter how much we struggle
We keep on coming back
Our feelings of fear for our inadequacies
Keeps us from blocking the right path
Our feelings of unworthiness
Our fears of failures
Seems like a ghost
That keeps on haunting us

In times like this
I thank our Almighty God
For giving me Someone
To lean on and be my guide
At this point in life
We must pray and ask for His light
Learn to accept and forgive ourselves
For our limitations in doing hard tasks
Time will come
And we could gain the prize
Live by the principle
God is doing for us
What we could not do for ourselves
Time takes time
We will suceed if we try
