Let The Tears Disappear Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Let The Tears Disappear

Rating: 5.0

V-ery sad drop of tears,
E-yes that see rainy day;
L-et the crying cease,
M-ake the grief fade
A-way.

R-iver of running tears
O-verflow in deep anguish;
M-ake the pain evaporate,
E-ither end or diminish.
R-ough sea is hard to cross, for it might crush the boat;
O-cean with violent waves makes the hope afloat.

M-oments of pure agony
A-re making the eyes red;
R-iver of flowing tears
A-re left in pillow and bed.
N-ovember fifth early morn
T-ries to bring a cheer;
A-llow the ache to vanish,
L-et the tears disappear.
