Life
Ah life! You run hot and cold.
One moment; my friend and the next; my foe.
You have brought me great sorrow and great joy.
what you will bring tomorrow, no one knows.
You are a mystery to all, which some love and some hate.
What is only certain; that you are bound to slip away.
I shall gather my days, as many as you give and
bask in the ever-changing sun. In your light I shall live.
