Life Didn't Shadow
life did not shadow
Thursday,24th June 2021
Life always followed me
and allowed a free hand
to move around
and make a merry go round
I witnessed my childhood
under the shed of parenthood
so lovely memory
for whole life to carry
then came my young hood
I married a girl from the neighbourhood
that was for all the good
we stood on the firm ground
an old age advanced very fast
it seemed it may last more
till we were no more
but nothing to feel sore about it
life provided an actual shadow
to follow it with an earnest
to deliver the best as much as we could
and enjoy the life that could have been
