Life deals you a deck of cards,
52 of spades, diamonds, clubs, and hearts.
First you select your game of choice,
Then you find the courage in your voice
To play with many players of a different mind;
To win the game before your time.
Your hand will show the cards of your soul,
While the suits explain the process of your goal;
To see if you win the winner's wings,
Or the flame of the losing beings.
The spades show courage and what you stand by.
As the clubs stand for how hard you fight.
Your diamonds are shown for the beauties you inspire,
But for a heart, a showing of love and care is required.
The games we play show our roles in life.
Those who play Poker are the ingenious conceivers.
While people who play Go-Fish are always searching through their trife.
Rummy is of Collaborator making friends and many encounters.
And Blackjack is the game of Gamblers who risk it all.
Through these cards, our destiny is chosen.
But it all depends on how we call.
