Life's Endless Offspring -Sonnet No.2 Poem by Panmelys

Life's Endless Offspring -Sonnet No.2

sonnet
When you were the thread
Of time's beat
And me sea our bed
Where the tide's ebb and flow
Caressed our fragile longings:
White horses tossed their milky heads
At our hearts aglow!
Time winged us upwards
On love's breath
High in the wide sky
There we were wed
And always fly
Silver-winged spirits of love's cry
Life's endless offspring!
