Lifelong relation

On each anniversary day
I remember in special way
I go near your portrait
Cry a little and curse the fate

You were kind enough
To make me laugh
On funny occasion
Befitting the situation

I do not raise question
About your new destination
The tears fall in your memory
I feel so sorry

You were noble
Among all people
Who talked very little?
But you were mild and gentle

I wait to see you in heaven
As I am driven
With firm conviction
And so sure of lifelong relation
